1: How to install the window led display signs? Do you provide
hanging accessories?
All our LED Signs will be provided full set of hanging parts with
2pcs hanger, 2pcs L-Shape plate, which make you easier to make
installation.
2: How many days to make one P10 led module display?
It would depend on size and quantity, normally 3-5days for sample
order. 2-3weeks for quantities and big size led display screen
3: Does the LED scrolling sign will come with software? How to
program it?
All DL LED moving sign will be offered software. It can be
programmed via USB and WIFI.
4: Do you have after-sale service? If led with problem, can we
repair by ourselves?
Our after-sale service is 7-24hours online, if software problem,
will do remote assistant to solve the problem. If hardware problem
and under warranty, will offer spare parts and repair guide to fix
the problem.
